I have been working in IT for more than 20 years and I still love the challenges each day brings. I have worked as an Analyst Programmer, Application Support Analyst, Business Analyst and Project Manager in the Manufacturing, Retail, Finance and Distribution sectors.

Experience has taught me that the devil is in the detail, time spent upfront understanding your business needs is time well spent – too often a solution is sought before the requirements are defined.
