Well done Jim!
We are so very proud of KFA Connect Business Analyst, Jim Maddison who successfully completed the Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 100 mile cycle ride on Sunday, the 29th of July.
After months of training, and suffering his legs being waxed by us [laughs] he managed to complete the course in the pouring rain; incredible after all the amazing sunny weather we’ve had recently!
It seems like Jim has found a real passion for cycling and says he will keep it up now that RideLondon is over – and is already planning which ride he will take part in next, so watch this space.
He has raised over £700.00…
All for Naomi House & Jacksplace, the Winchester based hospice who care for children and young adults with life-threatening and life-limiting illnesses.
When asked how he felt at the end he said…
“I was actually feeling alright, and still had the energy to give it some over the last 5 miles”.
So modest, we love it!!!
Good on you Jim – an amazing achievement and we are thrilled for you!
