Bike It

Bike It has now expanded to become a leader in the motorcycle road and MX accessories distribution business.

We have been working with Bike It since January 2017, originally brought in to help with their hardware and to fix some pressing application issues.

Bike It quickly realised KFA had the skills and knowledge to assist with all their IT leading to KFA now supporting all their IT systems and applications.

Bike It Projects

Bike IT run SAP B1 as their ERP and this was originally linked to a Magento V1.9 eCommerce system. The website and SAP are linked by BPA Platform and this is the first instance where KFA started to grow their knowledge of BPA leading them to become a BPA partner in 2020.

In 2018, KFA were asked to completely re-write the Bike-it Magento system to give it a fresh look, new functionality and upgrade to v2 of Magento. The site introduced new product searches and a make/model/year function for quickly and efficiently finding parts for particular bikes. As part of this project, KFA proposed and implemented a PIM (Product Information Management) to enable Bike IT to standardise product information across sales channels and within their hard copy catalogues.

ScanB1

In 2020, Bike IT approached KFA to ask if we could develop a bespoke Warehouse Management system, from this request, ScanB1 was born.

ScanB1 manages all customer orders from receipt into the warehouse to despatch by courier. The solution automatically exports orders from SAP B1, hand held scanners are used by the pickers to efficiently pick, pack and despatch all orders sending updates back to SAP B1 and automatically triggering invoicing to customers.

KFA continue to enhance and deliver new functionality to both the Magento site and ScanB1 while supporting Bike IT in the everyday running of their systems.
