The KFA dogs were visited by BBC Radio Solent last week.
Our KFA pooches were filmed hard at work (no, not really) by BBC Radio Solent.
KFA are known locally now as ‘the dog-friendly office’ as we have featured in the local press a few times already. The radio station saw this first-hand when they came to see us.
The 8 dogs who are in the office most days are so used to being in the office now that it’s just normal for them and the rest of the team. During filming, we let them off their leads (so, yes we admit it did get a bit hectic) but usually they can just be found lazing around or sleeping under a desk.
They love the lunchtime walks and feeling part of the team! Some of the dogs like to be in the meeting room to be sure they don’t miss any important updates…
But seriously – we do believe that having our dogs with us at work does genuinely help with stress levels and general well being. We are a friendly bunch anyway, with lots of social events and take part in a number of charity events throughout the year, so this all helps with staff moral.
We were also on the BBC Radio Solent breakfast show this morning with Julian Clegg – the dogs are blushing with all the fame!
