My career has spanned all departments; from Support to Developer (which is where all the magic happens) to Business Analyst.
More recently I have taken on the role of Business Analyst at KFA, where I am the communication bridge between KFA and our clients. It is in this role that I now design the solutions for the developers to work their magic.
I strive to deliver excellent service, whether that’s solving a client’s issue, developing robust reliable code, or designing a custom solution tailored to the client’s needs.
