A successful, local, family-run business, Nutland Carpet Accessories have used our services for 20+ years.
We implemented their current IBM i applications in the late 1990s and have been enhancing those systems ever since. Written in RPG, these systems have been the backbone of Nutland’s business.
The application manages all customer orders, purchase orders, inventory, purchase ledgers, sales, and nominal ledgers. The incredible reliability of the IBM i matched with the functionally rich software has meant Nutland have been able to concentrate on expanding their business whilst knowing their software, together with KFA’s support, will not let them down.
How KFA Have Helped Nutland Carpet Accessories
Over the years we have developed many changes to the system to keep Nutland ahead of their competitors and to meet regulatory requirements. Enhancements include changing the system to be multi-currency and changes to VAT around early settlement discounts.
In Spring 2022 we helped Nutland move from their on-premise IBM i to an IBM i Power System (v 7.4) in the cloud, on Azure, and are now in the process of helping them streamline their document printing with the implementation of a new dashboard giving them the ability to print to PDF in full colour and/or email invoices to their customers.
